Job summary

Senior Resource Group is hiring a Caregiver in Tucson to support residents with daily living activities and compassionate care. You will work with the health services team to ensure a safe, clean, and respectful environment while documenting care provided and communicating changes.

The role emphasizes adherence to person-centered care, timely responses to calls and emergencies, and participation in ongoing training to uphold quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Arizona Caregiver Certification required
• High School Diploma or GED
• First Aid / CPR certification required
• Experience with Yardi, eMAR, Schedule Pop, ADP, and/or other relevant platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and self-care as needed.
• Provide high quality resident care and maintain a safe environment.
• Respond promptly to calls, alarms, and emergencies per procedures.
• Document care given and report to oncoming shift using CareStream or equivalent.
• Attend training and team meetings as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow infection control policies.
