Broadway Proper Senior Living in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Arizona Certified Caregiver to join a compassionate team delivering daily living support and meaningful, resident-centered care.

You’ll follow individualized plans, help with personal care, meals, and mobility, while maintaining safety and dignity. We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus, robust benefits, and opportunities for career growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona Assisted Living Caregiver Certification is required.
• Ability to obtain CPR, Level 1 Fingerprint Card, Pass an APS and Background Check.
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependability, patience, and a commitment to resident safety and happiness.
• A genuine love for seniors and a desire to serve first, and make a difference everyday.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate resident care and assistance with daily activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Respond promptly to resident call systems and assess residents’ needs, obtaining additional assistance when necessary.
• Follow individualized service plans and established care procedures.
• Respect residents’ privacy, dignity, preferences, and independence.
• Review dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to help ensure residents receive appropriate meals.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver consistent, high-quality care.
• Demonstrate our commitment to service excellence by going above and beyond to create positive resident experiences.
