Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Tucson is seeking Certified Caregivers to provide compassionate in-home care. You will assist clients with daily living activities, mobility, light housekeeping, and meal preparation, while offering companionship and social engagement to improve quality of life.

Driver's license is required. Competitive pay ranges from $17.50 to $20.00 per hour, with flexible schedules and same-day pay options. This role emphasizes reliability, empathy, and professional client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experienced in activities of daily living and Hoyer lift.
• Must provide all types of personal care needs as a Certified Caregiver.
• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish friendly communication with clients, family members, office staff and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
• Driver's License Required.

Responsibilities

• Care for clients in activities of daily living and assist with mobility.
• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients.

• Remind clients about medications and coordinate with family and staff.
