Job summary

Orchard Pointe at Terrazza in Peoria, AZ is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in memory care settings.

What You’ll Do:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA), you’ll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:

• Providing compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect, specifically tailored to meet the unique needs of residents requiring specialized dementia and memory care.
• Administering medications accurately, maintaining precise records, and utilizing our electronic health records system (Yardi).
• Working closely with licensed nursing staff to implement resident care plans and follow established protocols, using specialized techniques to engage residents in memory support.
• Collaborating with a supportive, tight-knit team.
• Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members, serving as a source of stability and familiarity for residents.

Requirements

• An active state-required Caregivercertification.
