Job summary

Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Certified Caregiver to support residents with compassion and dignity across day shifts. The role involves helping with daily living activities, meals, and social engagement while following individual care plans.

We offer full-time, part-time and PRN roles with benefits, daily pay options, and 401(k) with employer match. CPR/First Aid and an active CNA license are required.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in good standing.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willing to take required trainings per state.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Written and verbal communication.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Know the residents you serve, providing care based on their service plans.
• Assist in all aspects of a resident’s daily life, including activities of daily living, meal service, and social engagement.
• Appropriately communicate with branch clinical leadership when a resident’s needs change.
• Knowledge of how to approach and care for residents with dementia.

Join our DYNAMIC team at Bickford Senior Living as a Certified Caregiver! The Certified Caregiver supports resident care within the branch, ensuring that Resident’s daily needs are met in a compassionate way that maintains their dignity, allowing them to live their life to the fullest!

FULL-TIME

• Full-time employees (30+ hours per week) are eligible for all benefits (medical, dental, vision, and voluntary products)
• Benefits start on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment
• Prescription savings plans
• All employees are eligible for 401(k) with employer match
• Pay available daily
• Eligible for PTO

PART-TIME

• Part-time employees (29 or fewer hours per week) are eligible for Voluntary Life, Voluntary Short-Term Disability, Voluntary Long-Term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness, Identity Protection, and Cyber Monitoring
• Benefits start on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment
