External Job Description

Provide various personal caregiving services according to an established care plan, including:

• Assisting patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Preparing meals and special diets
• Performing general housekeeping activities
• Providing transportation assistance
• Offering compassionate companionship
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
