Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking Certified Caregivers to provide in-home care to clients across US-WA regions. The role offers flexible schedules, daily pay options, benefits, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for career growth within a supportive team environment.

Qualifying candidates will have a High School diploma/GED and an active HCA or CNA license. Duties include daily living assistance, meals, housekeeping, transportation, and medication administration as delegated by state

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Current HCA or CNA license required (renewed annually)
• Ability to meet background check requirements

Responsibilities

• Provides personal caregiving services in the client's home.
• Assists with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Supports personal needs, comfort, and safety of clients.
• Prepares meals and assists with special diets.
• Performs general housekeeping and household support.
• Provides companionship and emotional support.
• Assists with transportation to appointments and errands.
• Administers medications as delegated per state regulations and certifications.
• Maintains communication with care team about changes in client condition.
• Other duties as assigned

External Job Description

• Provides personal caregiving services and support in the client's home
• Assists with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Supports the personal needs, comfort, and safety of clients
• Prepares meals and assisting with special diets
• Performs general housekeeping and household support activities
• Provides compassionate companionship and emotional support
• Assists with transportation to appointments, errands, and activities
• Administers medications as delegated and permitted by state regulations, including completion of Nurse Delegation Core and/or Nurse Delegation Diabetes certifications when required
• Assists with Passive Range of Motion activities when properly credentialed and trained
• Offers limited assistance with vital signs for informational purposes only, in accordance with company guidelines
• Maintains accurate communication and reporting changes in client condition to the appropriate care team
• Other duties as assigned
