• 2 years of experience in code compliance inspection of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Extensive knowledge of state and local building code regulations, policies, and procedures.
• All necessary certifications for the types of testing performed.

Responsabilités

• Perform third-party electrical, mechanical, architectural, and plumbing inspections.
• Prepare and submit daily Inspection/Field Reports.
• Maintain and develop client interactions for business development.
