Job summary

Empower Behavior Solutions in Redmond, WA seeks Certified Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes and schools. The role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to impact children's independence and skills.

Pay is $25.00–$28.00 per hour, with potential to take on hybrid or virtual cases as the program grows. Active WA CBT certification and reliable transportation are required; in-person services are expected.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State CBT certification – REQUIRED.
• Applicants without an active WA State CBT certification will not be contacted or considered.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and schools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassion, patience, and a commitment to helping children succeed.
• Willingness to provide in-person services.

Responsibilities

This position provides 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes and school settings. We do not provide clinic-based services.

Current Opportunity

We’re actively growing our team in the greater Redmond area and are hiring CBTs for current and upcoming home and school-based cases.

• Location: Redmond, Washington


• Setting: Home and/or school-based


• Schedule: Flexible, based on client availability and your availability. Additional hours may be available by combining multiple client cases when schedules and locations align.


• Pay: $25.00–$28.00/hour

Interested in eventually providing virtual services? As our virtual program continues to develop, CBTs who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and clinical readiness may have opportunities to take on hybrid or virtual cases as they become available.

What You’ll Do
