Job summary

Empower Behavior Solutions is seeking compassionate Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) to join our team in the Bothell, Washington area. This role provides 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and schools, with no clinic-based services.

Flexible schedules and potential for hybrid or virtual cases as our program grows. Active WA CBT certification, reliable transportation, and a passion for helping children develop meaningful skills are essential.

Responsibilities

This position provides 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and school settings. We do not provide clinic-based services.

We're actively growing our team in the greater Bothell area and are hiring CBTs for current and upcoming home and school-based cases.

• Location: Bothell, Washington
• Setting: Home and/or school-based
• Schedule: Flexible, based on client availability and your availability. Additional hours may be available by combining multiple client cases when schedules and locations align.
• Pay: $25.00–$28.00/hour

Interested in eventually providing virtual services? As our virtual program continues to develop, CBTs who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and clinical readiness may have opportunities to take on hybrid or virtual cases as they become available.

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs
• Deliver services in clients' homes and school settings
• Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session
• Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment
• Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality

What You'll Need

Required

• Active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification — REQUIRED
• Applicants without an active WA State CBT certification will not be contacted or considered
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and schools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassion, patience, and a commitment to helping children succeed
• Willingness to provide in-person services

Preferred

• Previous ABA therapy experience
• Two or more years of experience working with children
• Interest in future hybrid or virtual ABA opportunities
