Job summary

Tiny Notes Music and Movement LLC in Port Orchard, WA is seeking a Behavior Technician to implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA and provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with ASD.

You will collect and record data on client progress, assist with treatment plan development, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and help clients build social, communication, and daily living skills.

About the Role

Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)

Collect and record data on client progress and behavior

Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective communication and coordination of services

Support clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills

Assist with behavior assessments and functional analyses as needed

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 32 per week
