Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in the United States (Bellingham, WA) seeks a Certified Behavior Technician for part-time evenings. You will implement Applied Behavior Analysis programs in home or community settings, providing 1:1 therapy to youth with developmental disabilities, under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Schedule is Monday to Friday 4:30pm–6:30pm. You’ll track progress, communicate with supervisor, and ensure confidentiality while delivering

Qualifications

• Must have a certified behavior technician certificate.
• Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Reliable transportation and insurance.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times.
