Williams Auto Group is seeking a Certified Automotive Technician to join our service team in Sayre, PA. You will perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance to keep vehicles safe and reliable for customers.

Qualifications

• ASE or Manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Previous Automotive Technician experience required.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and mechanical repair skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Comfortable using automotive diagnostic software, tablets, and repair systems.
• State emissions and vehicle inspection certifications preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
• Complete repair orders accurately according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Diagnose vehicle concerns using computerized diagnostic equipment and testing procedures.
• Communicate with Service Advisors regarding repair recommendations and timelines.
• Perform vehicle inspections using tablets or mobile technology.
• Capture photos and videos of inspection findings for customer transparency.
• Conduct road tests and quality control checks on repaired vehicles.
• Maintain accurate repair documentation and warranty information.
• Follow all automotive safety standards, OSHA regulations, and dealership policies.
• Participate in manufacturer training and continuing automotive education.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Support the Service Department and TEAM with additional duties as assigned.
