Job summary

Baxter Subaru Omaha is seeking a Certified Technician to perform diagnostics, automotive troubleshooting, and testing. You will road-test vehicles and communicate with service advisors about status and ETA, ensuring customers are informed throughout the service process.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle

Responsibilities

• Complete system diagnostics and full automotive troubleshooting and testing.
• Road-test vehicle to ensure quality repair work was completed.
• Communicate directly with service advisors regarding the status of the service work as well as the estimated time for completion so that customers can be informed.
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Maintain an organized and neat shop area.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
