TOP TECH AUTO REPAIR LLC in Clawson, MI is seeking an experienced, certified Automotive Technician to join our growing family-owned team.

You will diagnose and repair vehicles, use the shop’s computer software, and possess extensive knowledge of vehicle systems. If you have a “never give up” attitude and are committed to quality work, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Automotive service training or certification preferred.
• ASE certification preferred or state certs accepted.
• Strong customer service and communications skills required.

Responsibilities

• Convey repair information to service advisors and track status.
• Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, certified Automotive Technician to join our successful, growing, family owned & operated team.

As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles. You must be comfortable using the shops computer software and have extensive knowledge of vehicle systems.

Responsibilities

• Use your expertise and diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes
• Assist with establishing service center procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other necessary protocols
• Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks.
• Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Convey necessary vehicle repair information to our service advisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred
• An associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program is preferred
• Automotive Service Excellence/ASE certification certification is preferred / State Certs are accepted
• Strong customer service and communications skills are required.
