Holman Toyota is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. The role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus based on qualifications and requires 2+ years of dealership experience with Toyota certs preferred.

Responsibilities include performing repairs to dealership and factory standards, diagnosing issues, and maintaining up-to-date diagnostic knowledge. Valid license and clean MVR are required, with a background check as part of the process.

Qualifications

• Toyota certs strongly desired; 2+ years of large dealership experience preferred.
• Technical training or ASEs a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean MVR.
• Willingness to undergo background checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair
• Maintain leading-edge knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology, digital manuals, and reference materials
• Keep shop area neat and clean, and be able to account for dealership tools at all times
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality repair
• Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry, as well as in the diagnostics arena
