Michigan's #1 Chevy Dealer seeks an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our team in Novi, MI. The role involves diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle systems with emphasis on quality and efficiency.

The right candidate is detail-oriented, customer-friendly, and able to work with a team to complete repairs promptly. ASE certification or equivalent is preferred; ongoing training is provided.

Qualifications

• Requires ASE certification or equivalent, and a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing automotive systems including engine, electrical, and brakes.
• Comfort using diagnostic tools and maintaining precise maintenance records.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, AC).
• Perform inspections to identify faults and potential problems.
• Keep accurate maintenance and repair records and communicate estimates to customers.
• Collaborate with advisors to inform customers about additional repairs and timing.
• Stay updated on new technologies and participate in training.
