Alliance Physical Therapy Partners' Work-Fit division seeks a full-time Certified Athletic Trainer to join as Program Manager in Westerville, OH. You will deliver injury prevention, work conditioning, ergonomic support, and early symptom intervention for an industrial athlete program, with a 40-hour week and a 4/10 schedule.

You will lead a growing team of athletic trainers and exercise professionals, engage employees, and coordinate clinical services while benefiting from licensing

Qualifications

• Licensed Athletic Trainer in state or eligible for licensure.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to engage employees in occupational settings.

Schedule: 40 hours per week, 4/10 hour days, 6am-4pm Monday through Thursday with occasional schedule flexibility.
