Job summary

Athletic Training Solutions (ATS) is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer (Healthcare) for a full-time, on-site role in York, SC. This position focuses on proactive injury prevention and promoting workplace health.

You will lead wellness initiatives, perform musculoskeletal evaluations, and collaborate with safety teams to reduce injuries while supporting employee recovery and well-being.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) required.
• State licensure + CPR/AED certification required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year experience (or new grad program completion) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site injury prevention and first aid care.
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and improve workplace safety.
• Lead stretch-and-flex sessions and wellness initiatives.
• Perform wellness screenings and musculoskeletal evaluations.
• Support case management and employee recovery.
• Partner with safety teams and leadership to reduce injuries.
• Engage employees through education and wellness programs.
