Athletic Training Solutions (ATS) in Detroit is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer for a full-time role, rotating between Detroit and Ann Arbor. You’ll focus on on-site injury prevention, first aid, and employee wellness in an industrial setting.

You’ll lead ergonomic assessments, stretch sessions, and wellness screenings while coordinating with safety teams to reduce injuries. 1+ year experience or new grad program preferred; 4-year degree required.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC)
• 1+ year experience (or new grad program completion) preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site injury prevention and first aid care
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and improve workplace safety
• Lead stretch-and-flex sessions and wellness initiatives
• Perform wellness screenings and musculoskeletal evaluations
• Support case management and employee recovery
• Partner with safety teams and leadership to reduce injuries
• Engage employees through education and wellness programs
