This is a Full Time (35 hour/wk) Athletic Trainer clinical position. This position also requires a dedication to personal and professional growth with a hunger to learn, and an interest in healing culture, and building connected relationships with patients to get them better.

Our ideal candidate is not just knowledgeable and confident, but able to treat patients with warmth and emotional intelligence that builds rapport, trust, and confidence in their own ability to heal. The ideal candidate also enjoys making rehab fun for patients to help their “buy-in” to the process, not just a chore or a box to tick off!

Full Job Description

We are not a “factory” clinic. Avid Sports Medicine is an interdisciplinary, fully integrated health care clinic that was started out of frustration of the current healthcare system and its failures. Our sports medicine physician works directly with our on-staff athletic trainers, sports massage therapists, and other healthcare partners including nutrition and sports psychology to provide holistic, comprehensive care that centers on the patient, not just their problem.

Be a part of the Avid culture that is changing healthcare. We give sports medicine care the right way – spending quality one-on-one time with our patients, no overwhelming caseload, no insurance headaches, as well as opportunities for community outreach, and to REALLY connect and help your patients the way you want to.

We also emphasize proper work-life balance. We created a system that gives you fulfillment in your job without burnout, so you can enjoy more personal time with your family, friends, and loved ones.

Be a part of something amazing, help build the culture, have fun while doing it, feel fulfilled by your work, and show the world what sports medicine is truly meant to be.
