Job description

We are hiring a dedicated and dynamic ATC for a dual-setting sports medicine and outpatient rehab role. The primary focus will be working onsite at a high school providing athletic injury prevention, sports rehabilitation, and performance enhancement for student-athletes. During school breaks or non-school hours, you will treat a diverse range of patients at our outpatient physical therapy clinic located just 5 miles away.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert injury assessment, prevention, and rehabilitation services to student-athletes
• Collaborate with athletic trainers, coaches, parents, and school staff to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold best practices in patient care
• Adapt to changing caseloads and settings based on athletic seasons and clinic needs

Qualifications

• Active New York State ATC license
• CPR/AED certified
• Skilled in independent decision-making and managing a high school population
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented approach
• Quarterly Commission Bonus: 15% bonus on referred/placed patients (paid quarterly)
