Athletic Training Solutions (ATS) is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer to join our team in Leesburg, VA. This full-time role focuses on proactive injury prevention, on-site care, and workplace wellness in an industrial setting.

You will conduct ergonomic assessments, lead stretch-and-flex sessions, and collaborate with safety leadership to minimize injuries while promoting Total Health and employee well-being. The position requires a 4-year degree and ATC certification.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) is required.
• 1+ year experience or completion of a new grad program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site injury prevention and first aid care
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and improve workplace safety
• Lead stretch-and-flex sessions and wellness initiatives
• Perform wellness screenings and musculoskeletal evaluations
• Support case management and employee recovery
• Partner with safety teams and leadership to reduce injuries
• Engage employees through education and wellness programs

Full-Time | Monday–Friday w/ 2 weekend shifts a month| 40 Hours per Week
