Responsibilities

• Provide training support for customer activities.
• Provide comprehensive injury mitigation, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation services.
• Function across the spectrum of the POTFF program under supervision of a Physician, Physician Assistant, or Physical Therapist.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert in sports medicine, injury mitigation, athlete preparation, and return‑to‑duty pathways.
• Design and fabricate protective pads, equipment, and braces to help prevent and treat injuries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training, state license, and shall be NATABOC certified
• Minimum of five (5) years or more of demonstrable accumulated experience as an ATC with individual athletes and groups of athletes
• Experience at the levels of NCAA Collegiate Division I, Olympic, professional sports, USAF Comprehensive Readiness for Aircrew Flying Training (CRAFT), USAF Special Warfare Training Wing (SWTW), and/or SOF Operators
