We are looking for a Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST) to join our LA Area/The Valley team! Must also currently possess California Department of Public Health (CA DPH) Certified Lead Inspector/Assessor and/or Project Monitor.

Job Responsibilities

The individual will perform on-site asbestos/lead surveys, generate proposals, and produce final reports. Experience with mold, sewage, and smoke damage investigations is a major plus. The right candidate may be given additional management responsibilities within our hygienist service division.

Requirements:

• Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST) - Minimum Requirement
• Must hold current California Department of Public Health (CA DPH) Certified Lead Inspector/Assessor and/or Project Monitor
• NIOSH-582 Certification
• Excellent customer service skills
• Valid CA driver’s license, good driving record, and willingness to travel
• Availability for night and weekend work as needed
• Ability to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders and stairs, crawl in spaces, stand and drive for periods, stoop, kneel as needed
