Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of tree work experience; Certified Arborist preferred.
• Proficiency in knot tying, rigging, and climbing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform tree climbing, pruning, removals, and stump grinding safely, adhering to ANSI and ArborScape safety guidelines.
• Install tree support systems, such as cabling, bracing, tying, bolting, staking, and guying trees and branches.
• Supervise and train crew members, promoting teamwork and adherence to best practices.
• Operate and maintain specialized equipment, including chippers, stump grinders, and chainsaws.
• Manage debris removal, ensuring a clean and safe worksite.
• Conduct regular maintenance of equipment and tools in both the shop and the field.

The Arborist Tree Climber will lead crews, ensure job safety, and perform specialized tree care services, including climbing, pruning, and removals.

Responsibilities

• Perform tree climbing, pruning, removals, and stump grinding safely, adhering to ANSI and ArborScape safety guidelines.

Compensation

Competitive Pay: $24 - $29/hour (based on experience) plus overtime pay
