Company Description

Town & Country Residential Appraisals has been in business for over 15 years. We have been growing and continuing to add to our client base with lender and non-lender clients. Our office will provide the ideal candidate with back end support which includes data research, order acceptance and delivery, client updates, data entry, editing, scheduling and networking/marketing.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role, however, you need to be able to travel to properties within the southwest Pennsylvania Region. As a Certified Appraiser, you will be responsible for conducting property property evaluations, assess market conditions, and provide accurate appraisals. Your responsibilities will include inspecting properties, analyzing data, preparing credible appraisal reports, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
