Do you have a passion for making a real difference in the lives of people living with mental health challenges and disabilities? At Easterseals PORT Health, we’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Qualified Professional to join our team at the Outpatient Clinic in New Bern, NC. As a valued member of our collaborative and supportive team, you will work together to transform the lives of individuals seeking assistance for substance-use.
What You’ll Do
As a Qualified Professional (QP) - CADC on our team, you will contribute significantly to the well-being of the individuals under your care by coordinating their individualized needs in conjunction with their full care team. As part of this team, the QP completes screenings and intakes for new patients, evaluations and assessments, develops treatment plans to work toward positive outcomes, coordinates follow-up care, and provides referrals to other services as needed. The QP also leads group sessions throughout the week and provides transportation to clients using the company vehicle if needed.
How You’ll Benefit
You’ll earn a competitive salary ($18 – 23 / hour) based on your experience and enjoy a Monday-Friday, 6 am- 2 pm work schedule of 40 hours per week with some evening flexibility for program and client needs. We also offer competitive benefits for benefits-eligible positions.
