Recover is seeking a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor for a remote position in San Diego. The role involves working directly with patients to treat substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Responsibilities include providing individual, group, and family counseling, developing patient relationships, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans. The position requires a CAADC / LAADC certification valid in California or equivalent, with 2+ years of relevant experience. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with benefits and a salary range of $55,000 to $75,000 per year.

Ideal candidates will have experience in addiction treatment, lived experience with substance use, and fluency in Spanish is a plus.
