Job summary

A technology consultancy is seeking a Sr. Certified Agile Coach to facilitate Agile transitions and mentor teams. Responsibilities include coaching Agile teams, formulating policies to enhance engagement, and managing project risks. The ideal candidate must have over 15 years of experience in an Agile environment, a relevant degree, and at least one Agile certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in a business or technology role within an Agile environment.
• At least one relevant Agile certification (e.g., ICP-ACC, PSPO 2, PSM 2).
• Agile Certified Practitioner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Agile teams and coach Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
• Formulate governing policies to support Agile methodologies and improve team engagement.
• Identify project risks and assist in planning and executing Agile ceremonies.
