Foundry Front Range in Broomfield, CO seeks a Residential Counselor II to provide daily support, care, and safety for clients in treatment. Duties include assessing needs, creating service plans, and executing plans while maintaining a safe environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, CAS, DORA registration, and 2+ years in clinical settings or addictions/behavioral healthcare, with residential experience preferred. Strong ethics, communication, and EMR/CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
CAS certification required.
DORA-registered required.
2+ years of proven experience working with people and program management in clinical settings.
2+ years of experience in addictions/behavioral healthcare; residential treatment preferred.

Responsibilities

Facilitate one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
Complete service plans and updates for caseload.
Provide support services to individuals in treatment.
Collaborate with clinical, medical, and admissions staff.
Contribute to clinical decisions and teamwork.
Create and maintain a safe, person-focused treatment environment.
Ensure client safety and satisfaction.
Follow policies and procedures and HIPAA/42CFR compliance.
Attend required team meetings and communicate medical concerns to the Medical Team.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory standards.
