Qualifications

• Must hold a high school diploma and be certified as an Activity Director per state regulations.

• Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to document and run detailed programs.
• Experience creating and implementing resident-focused activity plans within budget constraints.

Responsibilities

• Document activity programs and resident participation, tracking progress toward care plan goals.
• Conduct resident activity histories and assessments per state/federal standards.
• Publish and distribute a monthly calendar of events and facility newsletters for residents and families.
• Develop and maintain an active volunteer program to support activities.
