Qualifications

• High school graduate with required Activity Director certification.
• Excellent creativity and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills to document and implement programs.
• Experience creating and implementing resident care plans.

Responsibilities

• Document activity programs and resident participation, tracking progress toward care plan goals.
• Conduct resident activity histories and assessments per state and federal standards.
• Publish a monthly calendar of events and newsletters to inform residents and families.
• Develop and maintain a volunteer program to support activities.
