Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare is hiring an Activity Director to create meaningful engagement for residents. This role requires reliability, creativity, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic setting.

You will document programs, conduct resident assessments, publish calendars, and build a volunteer program, while developing activity plans that meet residents' social, emotional, physical, and therapeutic needs within budget. Full-time benefits included.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate and Activity Director certified per state requirements.
• Demonstrates creativity and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills to document and implement detailed programs.
• Experience creating and implementing resident care plans.
• Ability to develop, organize, and execute activity programs within budget to meet residents' social, emotional, physical, and therapeutic needs.
