AVIR Health Group is seeking a Certified Activity Director to lead the Activity Department in our LTC/SNF facility in Texas. This role focuses on planning, organizing, developing, and directing activities that enhance resident well-being and quality of life.

We are looking for a leader who is resident-focused, capable of building a cohesive team, and committed to compliance with all standards and policies. Prior nursing home supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified Activity Director for LTC/SNF.
• Experience in nursing home settings preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

We are searching for an Certified Activity Director that is resident and family-focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to assist in building a facility culture. The primary purpose of your job position is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Activity Department in accordance with current federal, state, local standards, guidelines, regulations, and our established policies and procedures. If you are team-oriented, driven, and excited about the opportunity to care for our residents, then we have the perfect opportunity for you!
