Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare is hiring an Activity Director to create meaningful engagement for residents in a Texas facility. The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and consistent attendance as you plan and implement activity programs within budget.

You will document programs, conduct resident assessments, publish calendars, and grow a volunteer team to enhance residents’ social, emotional, physical, and therapeutic well‑being. This is a full‑time on‑site position.

Qualifications

• Is a high school graduate and certified as an Activity Director (as required by state regulations).
• Demonstrates excellent creativity and communication skills.
• Possesses strong organizational skills with the ability to document and implement detailed programs.
• Has experience creating and implementing effective resident care plans.
• Can develop, organize, and execute activity programs that meet social, emotional, physical, and therapeutic needs within a specified budget.

Responsibilities
