Job summary

Syensqo is seeking a Certification Specialist to support the quality and logistics team with material certifications before shipment. You will review shipping schedules, generate final certifications, pick lists, and ensure all testing data is complete and properly filed.

You will also compile and submit supporting data, assist production paperwork, and help with inventory, audits, and process improvements. Entry-level opportunity with growth potential.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma is required.
  • Preferred college degree for future career advancement.
  • 1-3 years’ experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Review shipping schedules and provide status at bi-weekly meetings.
  • Generate final certifications, pick lists, and shipping paperwork.
  • Check LIMS Data Package for completed testing.
  • Compile supporting data: test scans, reports, logs, and certifications.
  • File certifications electronically in master file and customer directories.
  • Submit certifications to customers electronically as required.
  • Support planning to generate production paperwork for weekly production.
  • Receive weekly schedule from planning and print supporting docs.
  • Assemble planning packets for production.
  • Perform filing, typing and other record-keeping tasks.
  • Assist with annual inventory, packing and labeling for audits and improvements.

Certification Specialist
We count on you for

Support the quality and logistics team in the preparation of material certifications prior to product shipment.

Performance objectives
  • Utilize Ship Pad (ship schedule) to review and provide status of shipping schedule at bi-weekly meetings.
  • Generate final certifications, “pick” (pack lists), etc. for shipping.
  • Check LIMS Data Package for completed testing.
  • Compile other required supporting data including test scans/reports, inspection logs and raw material certifications as required.
  • Electronically file certifications in master file, customer directories, etc. as necessary.
  • Electronically submit certifications to customers as required.
  • Support planning in generating production paperwork for weekly production
  • Receive weekly schedule from planning.
  • Print required supporting documentation.
  • Compile planning packet for production.
  • Filing, typing, etc. as required so support record keeping.
  • Support additional support activities as needed including annual inventory, packing and labeling of records for archival, quality audits (internal, registrar, customer), and process improvement teams.

  • Provide back-up assistance as site Purchase Order closure for MRO-items

You will get
  • Competitive salary and benefits package. The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $63,556.00 to $79,445.00 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
  • 16, or more, weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave, according to local regulations
