Jacksonville State University’s Registrar’s Office seeks a Certification Specialist to lead and supervise certification for university commencements each semester. You will coordinate with departments and vendors, maintain records, and handle communications with students and the public regarding policies and procedures.
The role requires strong knowledge of registrar functions, attention to detail, and service-oriented interaction across campus.

The Certification Specialist is responsible for providing operational leadership and general supervision coordinating certification for university commencements each semester. Communicates with all departments associated with graduation and with vendors for required services, athletic eligibility, or major changes. Responsible for the maintenance of commencement records, for personal contacts with students or general public in furnishing routine information, and interpreting policies and procedures.
