Job summary

Beyond SOF is seeking a Certification and Accreditation Coordinator to join our Federal Solutions team. You will support a DoD Certified and Accredited Cyber Red Team program, coordinating compliance activities and ensuring IT systems meet accreditation requirements.

Responsibilities include policy development, technical writing, and dashboard tracking. A TS/SCI clearance is required, with readiness to travel 15% to CONUS/OCONUS locations.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in certification, accreditation, or related fields.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Familiar with red teaming, mission assurance, cyberspace operations, or information assurance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with red teaming, mission assurance, cyberspace operations, and information assurance teams.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and policy items.
• Develop and maintain tracking dashboards and metrics.
• Travel up to 15% to CONUS/OCONUS locations.

Job Description:

The company is looking for an amazingly talented Certification and Accreditation Coordinator to join our team! In this role you will work with a DoD Certified and Accredited Cyber Red Team program.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Work with red teaming, mission assurance, cyberspace operations, and information assurance.
• Technical writing.
• Policy Development
• Develop and maintain tracking dashboards

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• 3-5+ years of experience
• Active TS/SCI Clearance
• Familiar with red teaming, mission assurance, cyberspace operations, and/or information assurance
• Must have strong communications skills, be very detail oriented, and highly proficient in Microsoft Office
• Technical Writing experience
• Must be willing to travel 15%- OCONUS and CONUS locations

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience working with a DoD Certified and Accredited Cyber Red Team program.
• Policy development and/or policy adjudication and/or writing procedures to comply with specific policies and/or standards
• Experience developing and maintaining tracking dashboards.
