JOB OVERVIEW:

You will find EPIC to be a fast-paced and fun environment & a workplace in which you truly can make a difference. To perform this job successfully as a Certificate Analyst, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. The role focuses on client relations, administration, and service delivery. This critical role impacts the client’s ability to provide service to their customers, vendors, government entities and remain in compliance as contractually required. There are core duties listed below where a designated mentor will be assigned to further develop Certificate Analyst’s knowledge of insurance, finance, sales and marketing.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

You will be involved in various activities including lunch and learns, external workshops relevant to communication, time management, business etiquette skills as well as insurance operations training. This position supports one of EPIC’s Duluth office’s Account Management teams, servicing one of EPIC’s largest clients.

  • Create certificates of insurance and automobile identification cards within timeframes established by EPIC best practices.
  • Understand the complex legal structure of the client organization to ensure the proper entity/ subsidiary is reflected
  • Initial review of contract and/ or certificate of insurance template provided by requestee
  • Review of policies to obtain pertinent endorsements to be attached to certificates of insurance as required
  • Develop strong working relationships with clients
  • Understand and comply with service standards developed for/ by the client
  • Assist with special projects and client requests
  • Provide backup support for all team members
  • Perform such other duties as may be assigned by the company at its discretion

LOCATION: Duluth GA- in office 4 days week

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred not required

COMPENSATION:

The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
