Responsibilities

• Perform professional waxing services per Waxing the City standards and regulations.
• Build strong guest relationships and deliver exceptional experiences that drive loyalty.
• Educate guests on pre- and post-wax care and confidently recommend services, add-ons, and retail products.
• Promote and sell memberships, packages, and products based on guest needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio and support daily operations.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to improve performance.
