Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Three to six months of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Strong motivation, organization, time management, and communication skills (oral and written).
• Able to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Good communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Color distinction required.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Cooker and/or Extruder machines and perform setup/changes as needed.
• Maintain sanitary work area and adhere to OSHA standards and Balchem procedures.
• Record data accurately and report discrepancies; manage paperwork.
• Monitor product quality and notify personnel of issues.
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures and safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
