Job summary

CoorsTek is seeking a Production Technician II to analyze production processes of ceramic powders and support continuous improvement. The role involves using SPC and company software to troubleshoot and optimize materials and processes, while ensuring products meet defined quality specifications.

You will work with Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality to resolve issues, set up equipment, and train other technicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years’ AMP process experience.
• Intermediate math, language and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes and projects in production of ceramic powders.
• Set up production machines and test equipment; troubleshoot abnormalities.
• Work with engineering to resolve technical issues and implement improvements.
• Monitor processes to ensure adherence to specifications and quality gates.
• Train other AMP Technicians and assist across shifts as needed.
