CARBO operates as a leading technology and service company focused on enhancing oil and gas production. The Control Room Operator will manage heaters, mixers, coolers, and related equipment, while monitoring batch and fluidization processes to maintain quality and throughput.

The role requires 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, and a high school diploma or GED. Prior production or warehousing/QC lab experience is preferred, with strong reading and data-analysis skills.

Formación

• Must be able to work 12 hour rotating shifts including nights & weekends.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with general labor work is required.
• Previous production operator experience and ability to analyze data for cause and effect.
• Recent or previous experience warehousing and/or QC lab experience.
• Ability to read and write; ability to comprehend oral and written instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Operate heaters, mixers, coolers, screening equipment, forklift, and related equipment.
• Control batch parameters through appropriate manipulation of controllers within Blendtrol system.
• Maintain accurate production records for batching and fluidization; log rates of scrap streams.
• Sample test and analyze seeds and fluidizer product.
• Clean slurry filters, nozzles, and fluidizer walls to maintain product quality and production rate.
• Ensure raw material supply to batches through inventory awareness and guidelines.
