CTS Corporation in Albuquerque is seeking a Ceramic Process Engineer to lead monitoring and troubleshooting of manufacturing processes, focusing on PZT ceramic formulation, batching, spray dry, pressing, and sintering to maintain yields and quality.
You will drive lean initiatives, apply DOE and Six Sigma tools, train staff, interact with suppliers and customers, and collaborate with NPI to introduce new products to manufacturing.

The Ceramic Process Engineer reports directly to the Product Engineering Manager and supports the ceramic, piezo and RF business.
