Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a Dip Operator in Wickliffe, OH to execute the dip process, operate dip tanks and dryers, move parts through the line, and complete required paperwork to ensure quality and traceability.

You will follow written procedures, load ceramic cores, test tanks, maintain accurate records, and meet productivity and yield standards while adhering to safety policies. Teamwork and clear communication are essential, with opportunities for skill development on the shop

Qualifications

• Must follow written procedures and work instructions.
• Good organizational skills to manage records and parts.
• Clear written and verbal communication is required on the shop floor.
• Physical ability to move and lift up to 35 pounds continually.

Responsibilities

• Follow written procedures to operate Dip Machines.
• Produce quantities within standards; identify core defects and maintain records (routers, CQCS).
• Test dip tanks to procedure standards.
• Load ceramic cores into racks.
• Safely operate belt dryer.
• Move product throughout the plant per router.
• Complete all required documentation accurately.
• Meet department productivity and yield standards.
• Must follow and adhere to all safety procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by supervision
