Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 1 year of auto detailing, paint correction, or coating application experience.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle surfaces and paint systems.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Thorough vehicle washes, chemical decontamination, and clay bar treatment.
• Perform paint correction (single and multi-stage) prior to coating.
• Mask sensitive areas to prevent overspray or damage.
• Apply XPEL Fusion / Fusion Premium coatings with precision per guidelines.
• Ensure even coverage, proper curing, and streak-free finishes.
• Inspect vehicles before/after coating and perform final wipe-downs.
