Job description

Cepoch is looking to hire a Business Development Representation / Executive (Online Bidder) to join our team. We are looking for an experienced candidate for this profile. A candidate should be a self-starter and able to handle work independently. Must have experience of acquiring business on UPWORK, FREELANCER, PPH, GURU or any other portal. Targeted sweetspot is small and mid-size companies in US & Canada; however we support large companies as well.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Online bidding Specialist: The person should be expert on the Upwork and other portals. From Profile creation to taking review from the client and maintaining it in the future. Must know the importance of Reviews/Profiles and be aware of the policy.
  2. Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  3. Be a Sales Expert
  4. Target Achiever
  5. Organized

Responsibilities:

  • You have to bid on online platforms.
  • The candidate must have excellent knowledge of bidding platforms with a good technical understanding.
  • Familiar with grabbing International Projects via bidding or calling.
  • Proven experience in writing winning proposals.
  • Hunting good projects and potential clients through Upwork or other channels.
  • Fluency in written and verbal English. (Other languages are a plus)
  • Experience with managing both freelancer and agency profiles on Upwork.
  • Experience in selling Mobile and Web app services, Analytics.
  • Experience dealing with international clients.
  • Writing creative and ranking content.
  • Negotiation skills.

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of sales experience in IT Consulting company.
  • Successful candidate will have solid success in selling IT consulting (professional services, staffing, solution delivery) with onsite, hybrid or offshore teams.
  • Ideal candidate will use a combination of own contacts, our contact list, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Should be able to demonstrate past performance.
  • Experience supporting a self-service dashboarding environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Shift: 8:00pm to 5:00am (night shift) with 1 hour break.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
