The role requires strong fundraising, governance experience, and the ability to build credible relationships with staff, donors, partners, and communities in a diverse national context.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum ten years in senior management roles.
• Willingness to travel 20–25% annually.
• Experience leading mission-driven organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and align operations with the mission.
• Oversee budgeting, fundraising, and financial stewardship.
• Engage Board and diverse stakeholders to advance the mission.
• Represent Depaul USA as chief spokesperson and brand ambassador.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace across sites.
