Job summary

The Funders Network in Florida seeks a visionary President and Chief Executive Officer to guide the organization and its placed-based members. You will evaluate programs, align strategy with equity goals, and expand TFN's leadership in philanthropic practice.

You will represent TFN nationally, cultivate relationships with funders, nonprofits, and public sector partners, and ensure fiscal health while supporting a strong staff team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the organization's programs.
• Assess member organization needs.
• Continue to expand the equity work of TFN among placed-based membership.
• Represent the organization nationally, developing and maintaining effective relationships with funders, nonprofits, businesses, the public sector, and community leaders.
• Be responsible for ensuring the organization's fiscal health and providing necessary support to the staff.
